Join Nicomaque in 2027!
Association of PhD students and PhD holders from Brittany dedicated to science communication
Founded on April 3, 2002, Nicomaque (named after Aristotle’s father) brings together human, financial, and technical resources across PhD candidates and early-career researchers in Brittany to carry out major initiatives: the Docteurs & Entreprises forum, the short film festival Sciences en Cour[t]s, Pint of Science, as well as social gatherings, science outreach projects, and ongoing dialogue with local academic and institutional leadership.
Have an idea for a social event or an outing? Nicomaque is here to help bring it to life!
PhD candidates: participating in or organizing Nicomaque events can count toward your doctoral training credits. Check out our Q&A for more details.
The association's bylaws are available here.
